I stopped by this establishment yesterday after I left the rifle range. It's about 20 miles from Austin. I'm a BBQ hound and have been all over sampling BBQ around Texas. I hadn't been to Louie's even though it's only about 20 miles from where I live. Here is my trip. I highly encourage you to go. The video just doesn't do justice to how well the meat is prepared. Also, the workers and managers are the friendliest folks I've ever seen in a BBQ place here. I knocked over a chair when I got up to leave because I'm a little clumsy and a huge person (6'1", 250#). I like their chairs though, they have character. ;-)
